Anitaatina Posted January 5, 2017 Report Posted January 5, 2017 I am in TPS (Temporary Protected Status- NEPAL) status not in H1. I have my undergrad degree in Accounting from USA university. I have been working as a Business/System analyst with my employer and it's been 22 months. Am I eligible for EB3 with TPS status?
