my wife is planning to visit her brother in us along with her parents ..she is a doctor currently working in india .

what are her chances to get a visitors visa  ?

 on the other hand her parents have better chance getting a visa as they are older .

what questions she might be asked by the VO ?

There is no sponsoring for visitor visas.

The important thing is that they have to show strong ties to their home country.
