Now, in 2011, My Hl employer filed for COS with a project from Vendor-Client. LCA & H1 PP processing took 3-4 weeks time and got an RFE to submit Vendor-Client Agreement. Since we already requested to postpone joining date 2 times and still i won't be able to join the H1 project untill RFE is cleared, will there be any legal problem from Vendor/client for me or for my employer?
