JoeF Posted December 20, 2016 Report Posted December 20, 2016 A US citizen can sponsor a GC for his or her parents, provided that the US citizen is at least 21 years old. As for medical insurance, there is the ACA, also known as Obamacare. But that may not exist for long once the new President takes office.
