Is there any restriction on number of days after which we can apply H1B for her or can we start the H1B process right away..please suggest. I know getting H1B these days is very hard. If you guys can suggest some ideas...or a way we have a better chance of getting H1B after you have H4 that would be grateful.. Thanks in advance.. Link to comment
