perm denied and on appeal in BALCA

My Perm was denied in Nov2016 and my employer is going to BALCA for appeal. My 6 years in H1B is getting maxed out in Mar 2017.

1) Will the appeal give me an additional extension of 1 year or will I have to leave US in March 

2) Can I apply for new perm with the same employer after I get the extension for the appeal in BALCA. Should the employer withdraw the appeal before doing this

3) Can I stay in US and work legally for the one year extension if BALCA denies the case in say 6 months or will I go out of status the moment it is denied in BALCA
