Balaji Kenneth Posted December 5, 2016 Report Posted December 5, 2016 My PERM was stuck with BALCA for a good four years and finally the CO decision was reversed late September 2016. I checked on DOLSTATS and I see my case as certified but nothing in ICERT search. Any idea on how long it takes for the BALCA decision to take effect?
