When I-140 in process, can we still apply for 485?

Hi every one,

I have a quick question regarding I-140 & 485 concurrent filing.

Suppose, if it becomes CURRENT and my I-140 is in processing state. Can I still apply for 485?

Please let me know how this works. Thank you.

If you've applied for I-140 & its pending and PD becomes current then you can file I-485 & attached receipt copy of I-140.

And if you've not yet file I-140 & your PD is current then you can file both I-140 & 485 together.
