A Kumar
Hi Team, My current approved L1A extension petition is going to expire in May 2017. I have the following two questions, thanks in advance for any replies. Q1) Can I go back and get the stamping done in either Feb 2017 or March 2017 ? Q2) If reply to Q1 is NO then at the stamping date, the approved petition should be valid for at-least how many days in future ? Q3 ) If reply to Q1 is YES, then is there a chance of getting the stamping done with VISA validity going beyond May 2017 ( petition validity), I assume no ? Q4) If reply to Q1 is YES, then do I need to provide some additional details or documents at the time of stamping, as I will be going for stamping nearly at the end of approved petition ? Will appreciate replies for above four questions. Thanks! -- Link to comment
vincentanand
It does not matter 'when' you go for stamping, whether in the beginning or nearing the end of visa validity. You will get stamping as long as you have approved I-797. You don't need 'additional' documentation. You will be given stamping only based on validity dates provided in I-797. Link to comment
