H1B Exension NSC - California Processing Time

Hello All,

My petition H1B Not subjected to CAP was filed with USCIS(California Processing Center) on March 15 2016 and till now(after 250 days) status is ' CASE IS RECEIVED'.

Anyone have idea how long it will take further for my case to get processed ?

Same issue. I have applied on March 21 at California processing center and still waiting.............

I have some issue here too. I have applied on June 23, 2016 at California processing center and it is still " CASE IS RECEIVED". I kind of worry that I wont have enough time to renew my driver license. Please let me know if anyone gets approved. Thanks!

regular processing times may vary and hence it is recommended to do premium processing.
