H1B H4 Extension in Premium processing

Hi Forum,

My employer filed a H1B(I-129) extension for me on April 27 2016, which is not approved yet. And for my wife H4 Extension(I-539) was filed on July 08 2016 which is also not approved yet.

I am thinking of upgrading my H-1B Extension(I-129) application to premium. So my question is:

Is my wife's H-4 extension(I-539) also going to be upgraded to premium once my I-129 is approved? 

Please let me know.

If both were filed together, then both I 539 and I 129 will be upgraded to premium.

If not, then only the I 129.

I dont think H4 can be upgraded to premium separately.
