randommguy Posted November 9, 2016 Report Share Posted November 9, 2016 hello, i am moving from company A to B and am on h1b. at A, i am eligible for sabbatical leave. can i be on sabbatical leave and get paycheck from A and also be working with company B at the same time for about a week? after that week, i will no longer be associated with A. i will hand over my badge/laptop etc from A before sabbatical leave .
