H1B got denied after RFE

Hi,

My H1B got picked in lottery in June 2016, after that it went to RFE state in July. I have submitted all required documents and In November i have received a decision Notice saying that my H1B is denied. 

1. What are next options in front of me now?

2. Are there any chances to re-use my H1B petition to avoid the lottery again?

There are pretty much no options, other than finding a better employer next year.

You have to go through the lottery again.
