Company A revoked I-140 after joining Company B.. Join back Company A??

Hi My I-140 is approved in June-2010 with company A. Then i joined in Company B. Early this year company A has received intent to revoke I-140 if employee is no longer working in the company.

Company A confirmed that they revoked I-140. Not sure whether they really did it or not. Otherwise there is a way to check?

I was not getting what i expected with Company B. I am thinking to join back company A again.

Questions

1) If they are not revoked - Can they continue with the same process?

2) If they revoked - Is it possible to re-open the same case by requesting USCIS?

Please advise.
