H1-B: Should I upgrade to Premium Processing?

Hello everyone!

I was on CPT when my employer filed my H1-B petition this year. The case went into RFE in July. During the same month, my OPT got approved. Vermont Service Center received the RFE response on August 30, 2016. It's been more than 2 months since that status on USCIS website says "Response to USCIS' Request for Evidence Received". My petition was filed in regular processing.

I'm really starting to get worried now.

Should I ask my employer to upgrade to Premium Processing? (In this case, I may have to pay the PP fee from my own pocket)

Or should I continue to wait?

I badly need your suggestions as I'm really starting to get worried.
