Perm Certified, Question on Document receiving from DOL

Hi,

I got a notification from DOL and able to also see that my PERM has been certified on Nov 1st 2016.

I dont talk to my attorney, as it is completely dealt with my employer. When checked with my employer, he said that the attorney has not got the approved Labor Docs from DOL yet. They will let us know once they have it.

Also he said, usually it take close to 1 month for DOL to send the Certified PERM docs to Attorney. Is that true? Can you tell me from the date of approval, how long does it take for DOL to send the docs to attorney?
