Approved I-140 and change in visa status from L1B to L1A

Hello,

I have approved I140 based on L1B visa, few months back I got promoted as Manager & our company is planning to apply for L1A visa & if I get approved. Now is there a issue/conflict for future steps like I485 or EAD etc.
