H1B change of Employer based on previous I-140 under premium processing

Recently on 12th October H1b change of employer filed under premium processing and so far i haven't received any response. Application submitted to Vermont Service Center. Normally what is the turnaround time from VSC under the 15days calendar, can i expect some response a bit earlier or it will be like end of the 15days calendar

Did anyone filed recently under premium processing and got response from VSC center. Please advise

Same case with me. It filed on 10/13 in premium processing. Waiting for approval.
