USCIS doesnt have my i-94 data

Hi,

I came on H1B on 15May11 via San Francisco. I applied for SSN on 27May11. I did not got any reply from SSN, so I went back to Social Security office and came to know that my records was not found in USCIS.

I went to USCIS office @ San Jose to verify my i-94, they were not able to find my i-94 details.

Pls let me know on how to proceed with this.

If anyone has faced this issue, pls let me know how to resolve this.
