First the priority date must be current, and then it depends how long it has been since the I-485 was filed. If it has been more than a year it is likely an RFE will be issued to confirm the job offer and obtain new medicals, then on top of that you have USCIS processing times. Link to comment

Example: A Indian Citizen (holds Indian Passport) is born in Saudi Arabia with valid Saudi Birth Certificate. Can he process his I-485 based on (ROW) Rest of World Priority Date. Link to comment

Currently I'm working with a consultancy company , my company willing to apply GC for me( Last year- they applied H1-B for me but unfortunately it didn't pick up), I have OPT validity still July 2018, and I am on ROW category.
