Which category I qualify ? EB2 or EB3 ?

I submitted document to my employer to start my Green Card processing and got below reply from them - 

"To qualify for EB2 preference category, a person needs to have a 4-year single source Bachelor’s degree followed by 5 years (60 months) of related experience; OR a related Master’s degree [ and 2 years of releated experience – per our company standards]. " 

"Ajay(Myself) has an Indian 3 year Bachelors and a 2 year Masters, equating to a US Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. The evaluator uses both degrees to get the BS equivalency, so this is not a ‘single source degree’ and not qualifying to EB2 category. 

Additional info - I have total 9 years professional experience .

Go for EB3 now, later you can file under EB2. Any how there are zero chances for you get your GC in next 30 yrs either its EB2 or EB3.

Having a 3-year bachelor degree is nowadays not accepted for EB2.
