CSK_2016
My employer filed for PERM and it was approved in July. Before they could file my i140, I had to leave the company and go through H1 transfer. My question is, technically, can they still file for my i140 ? Is there a requirement by USCIS that the person should be a current employee ? I know it is not in their interest for file since I have left tge company, but want to know if there are any process/rules related issues with doing this. Thanks! Link to comment
