luck123
Hi All, My employer A and B have applied for the PERM and got an approved I-140 but unfortunately I got layed off by employer B and now I am consulting with employer C who is located in NJ but my direct client is a service provider to the client located in CA and gave me the advantage of working remote from a location away from client. Can I start my GC process with my current employer a consulting firm located in NJ. Is the location arrangement risky to apply for the PERM. I have another offer where I need to move to client location through another employer but I am hesitant to move . Please advise Thanks Link to comment
