RG2 Posted October 9, 2016 Report Share Posted October 9, 2016 My wife has a approved H4 EAD through my I140 approval. I have a potential opportunity. If I move to a new employer, and assuming my current employer will revoke my approved I140, what happens to my wife's H4 EAD (Is it still valid until the date it was issued?) Please help.
