vdevcsc
Hi need help on GC process.. my case is different, some how unknowingly I ended up having two H1b approved petitions from two employers(filed in April 2015) . I have chosen one employer A and started working for him. And other employer B still holding a valid H1b petition for me. Is this valid ? If valid can employer B start GC process for me without working for them ? I am planning to join employer B in future but I want him to start my GC as a future employment. Can this be possible ? Thanks Vdev Link to comment

Thanks Vdev Yes, but if you want to work foe B then you need new H1 from B, this H1 is no longer valid. Link to comment
