Study on H4 EAD or F1 visa...pros and Cons

Hello,

I am working on H1b visa with I-140 approved. My wife has H4 visa with EAD card. She is going to study DDS in other state(out of state tuition). a)I wish to know what is the best option - study on H4 EAD or F1 visa. b) Is it is difficult to transfer from H4 EAD to H1 b visa after the course?  I think EAD shows immigrant intent and F1 visa shows non immigrant intent so H4 EAD to F1 may be difficult to get.

Please give pros and cons for studying in H4 EAD and F1 visa and please suggest what is the best option to go for.

Studying on H4 is better. If she gets an opportunity she can still work because she will have a H-4 EAD. F-1 has lot of restrictions.
