Sekhar123
Here is my question Last week i have signed the draft form 9089 from my attorney and i was hoping my perm would be filed soon. All of sudden got a message saying perm can't be filed because there are eligible USC applied for the position. I was under impression that once i have signed 9089 my filing is going to happen. Is this correct or am i missing something here?? What are my options if the filing is not going to happen now? Thanks in advance for your response. Link to comment
mounteverest
Check with your lawyers and make sure it is a competent law firm. Worth spending extra money for high quality lawyers. Link to comment
