EB2 to EB1 GC Filling

Hi, I am working with my current Employer for the past 7 years, they have filed my GC on EB2 category, my I140 was approved. I am promoted as IT Manager last year. Please let me know if I am Eligible, my Company wish to apply for GC under EB1 Category.

You need to work as a manager outside the US for one year and for 3 yrs over all to get eligible for GC under EB1.
