GC filing under EB1

 I have 20 +Years of working experience and worked with Fortune 500 companies I have total 3+ years of international experience working in Europe and US I have travelled to USA in 2012 through  my previous employer on L1A as Delivery manager for Major Pharma customer. My US duration was from Sept 2012 till May 2014 which is more than 2 Years .Currently working as Delivery executive at Customer location (US).I am here on H1B visa.

 

 my current India experience with current company is 11 Months of Experience outside USA

 

My question :I want to know whether 12 months criteria working outside USA for the current company is applicable for H1 as well apart from L1A to file GC under EB1 because I have lot of international experience and managed the resources more than 60 since last 5 years  and managing the revenue of more than 10 million USD and my salary range is above 100 k
