PERM denied due to system glitch

Hi All,

My PERM got denied about two months ago due to system  glitch on DOL's website. Basically, the section "K" information disappeared during application submittal. My PERM was filed again as "government error" immediately; it's been almost two and half months with no response from DOL. Just wanted to share with this forum to see if anybody else have been through the same situation. Does anybody happen to know the timeline associated with this type of "government error" filing?
