Name error in ETA form 9089

Hello All,

My Perm got approved and i noticed that my first & last name was wrongly mentioned . 

For example , My correct  First Name is "ABCD" & Last Name is "EFGH IJKL"

but in the ETA form 9089 my first name is mentioned as"ABCD EFGH" & Last name as "IJKL" .

I want to know what are the implications and will it cause any problem to my approved PERM , also what impact will it have if i apply for i140 ?
