YNazami Posted September 7, 2016 Report Share Posted September 7, 2016 The Interview Waiver program states for H4 the limit of expiry to be 48 months at https://www.murthy.com/2015/11/13/expansion-of-visa-interview-waiver-program/ and also at https://mumbai.usconsulate.gov/iwp2.html however when you go to schedule appointment for dependents on Step 7 it asks you even for H4 visa that was your visa expired in last 12 months instead of 48 months? Why is this discrepancy on the USTravelDocs site compared to what is out there on the consulate site? I am trying to avail interview waiver for my spouse whose visa expired on August 2015 but the expiry is within 48 months, please let me know if anyone has been successful with this limitation from US Travel docs system?
