I have not stamped my Pass Port yet with H1B visa status, but I have received I-797 (Approval Notice). My question is,when can my wife apply for H4 visa? I am planning to take H4 visa before OCT 1st 2011 for my wife, but not planning to stamp on my H1B this year. Link to comment
