PERM Delayed

Hello All,

 

My PERM was filed on 05/12/2015. Its been 8 months now. Still not approved. All my friends from different companies applied later than me or earlier than me got their PERM approved within 5 months. Mine is still in pending and very frustrating. My 6yrs is completing by December 2016. I tried checking DOL stats and Perm Checker, but all in vain. None of the sites give a concrete information on the Perm Status. Even my attorney is unable to do anything. She keeps saying that she has no control over the status and cannot even follow up. Is this true? Can any one comment on how to get the actual status of my perm? Thanks in advance!
