imranshah
I became resident in May 2009, Due to employment I stayed outside of US for 3.0 Years beginning May 2011 . I travelled back to US every six months (within 181 days) to maintain my continuous residence. During 3.5 years of absence I have one trip of 275 days due to family sickness. After I moved back in may 2014 I have completed 30 months and now want to apply for citizenship. In application there are questions regarding staying abroad for more than one year and also if trip lasted for more than six months. Since I have only one absence of 275 days how it will affect my application? I will really appreciate anyone response and feedback. if not when I can apply again? Thanks in advance. Link to comment

JoeF
Traveling to the US once in a while is NOT and has NEVER been enough to keep the GC. You need to see a good immigration lawyer. Link to comment
