lani0011 Posted July 28, 2011 Report Share Posted July 28, 2011 Hi, Me and my husband filed for I-485 (AOS)under EB2 category and we haven't submitted I-131 form (affidavit of support) as i was working on CPT on F1 status.Now i want to convert to H4.How should we proceed with I-485 filing now Do we need to file again will all filled forms or is there anyway that my husband can submit only I-131?please suggest Thanks Link to comment
