User101010
Hello, I was doing 71 mph on a 50 mph tollway/highway and was stopped by police, I was given a ticket. I did the Online Defensive Driving and the case was dismissed by the court. Should I mention this traffic misdemeanor on the DS-160? Thank you! Link to comment

I thought speeding tickets fall under the category of Infractions(one level below misdemeanor). Link to comment
User101010
In Texas speeding tickets are misdemeanors. However my ticket was dismissed after I did the Online Defensive Driving course, Link to comment
sam3215
Only arrest or conviction has to be mentioned for crominal offense.. Traffic offense is not criminal Link to comment
