Cannot upload picture into DS160 application

[MVSR845]

Hi

I tried to upload my picture few times and It didnt accept. Later after DS160 was reviewed, before sign & submit, it is showing 'x' photo not provided and no option to load it again.

I tried creating a new application, but after completing the DS-160 form, it directly took me to review, instead of prompting me to upload a picture.

Do I need to post the photo and ds160 form with appointment letter to the counslate or I can directly walk-in with a copy of DS160 and a photograph seperatley?

Please advice
