F1 to H4 ... Wife on Cap-gap with H1 approved recently , but Employer revoking H1

HI 

 

I have a weird case 

 

My wife is on F1 , applied H1 in April, got approved with I 797 but now the employer says that due to lay offs they will revoke the H1 and she is not eligible for STEM extension. 

 

So my questions were 

 

1. Will she be out of status , if H1 is revoked which is starting from Oct 1 2016 

2. We are trying to go H4 status , but we did not register our marriage in India , is there any other way we can prove that we are married ( we have all album , video , marriage card .etc..) 

3. Will it be safe to get married in US , since marriage in India is not registered yet ? 

 

Please help out !!
