L1B to H1 COS and now need to change to L1 again

Hi,

I am in US on L1B (Employer A) from Dec 2009 and I have applied for H1B with COS (Employer B) is approved w.e.f 01 Oct 2011. Now, my L1B employer (Employer A) is offering me a better package and I am planning to Change my status back to L1.

Now, that my status automatically changes to H1 starting 01 Oct 2011, can you please let me know what options do I have to change back to L1?
