H4 Visa with existing I797 (before company go acquired)

Hi,

 

I have a situation here. I got H1 approval from company A and it expires this december. Company A got acquired by Company B last year and Company B has applied for H1 Extension and it starts from November. 

 

Can I schedule H4 visa interview for my fiance with my I797 from Company A? 

 

If I use Company B I797 I believe she cannot come to US till November.
