H4 RFE asking for Evidence of Foreign Residency

I received an RFE for my H4 extension (I 539) last week. In the letter in last two para they requested for Evidence of Foreign Residency and Evidence of H1B maintaining status. While the second one is easy and only needs my husband's current paystub, I do not understand is why they asked for Foreign residency evidence since I am on H4 and requested for extension.

Are these letter pretty generic and I should ignore the Evidence for foreign residency?

I do not have any thing on my name neither does my husband has ? What should I do ?
