Faraz
Hi, I worked for employer A earlier who filed my green card. I 140 was approved in 2012. Then I left this employer and moved to employer B who again started my GC process and now has labor approved. I got an offer again from employer A to rejoin. If I go back to employer A, does he need to restart the GC process or can we just continue with his earlier approved 140. One thing to add is my new position is different but in the same technology(From programmer to dev manager). Link to comment
satish.sap970
Yes you can, please check for below 1) make sure previous I140 was not revoked 2) Supporting documents stating the previous employer has continued interest in still sponsoring for your GC process. 3) You need to check on this for the role change as your job duties and responsibilities might have changed or increased in your new role.. Faraz
Thanks for the reply, I am not sure if they will again have to start a new labor because of title change. I checked on USCIS web site and the 140 was not revoked Link to comment
