H4 EAD and fees

Applied for my wife's H4 EAD last month, included EAD fees but missed out on H4 fees. we haven't received anything yet from USCIS( either rejection or any communication). should we wait for them to respond or either send the missing check for H4 fees or send in the whole application package again with both checks included. she is currently on H1B and it will expire by the end of this month.
