One requirement is to provide the attorney with I129 petitions from my previous employers. My previous petitions were in 2005 and 2007 which I seem to have lost. Without going into the reasoning as to why they need previous petitions, is there a way to retrieve copies of previous petitions? Any advice or similar experiences? Thanks in advance. Link to comment
