Panachakkal
My I-140 is approved, based on that I have a 3yr H1B extension. I do not have the original 140 with me, will a copy of the doc will work for H1B stamping? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Link to comment

bosneo
I had my 140 approved but I still had my 6th yr H1 which I used when I went for stamping. I did not have 3yrs approval based on 140 though. My attorney suggested to carry copy of 140 and mentioned original is not reqd. I am not sure abt your case though. I assume the copy should suffice. Thanks, Santosh Link to comment
