I have applied for my H1B extension as I finished first three years and my husband is also extending his H4 EAD simultaneously. After H1B and H4 EAD extension my husband wants to travel to India and get it stamped alone as I wont be able to go to India with him. Can he go alone and get his H4 EAD stamped without my H1B stamped and comeback with out any issues?? Link to comment
