Paid the fine.Few years back I also did the fingerprint with FBI for Canada PR and result was " No arrest record".Since it did not show in my FBI record and its been over 15 years. mdummy
What ever people say the final verdict only is "You have to mention Truth" no matter what if you don't mention about that, later if they identifies even after you becoming citizen. then they have all rights to revoke. Link to comment

JoeF
Even if things don't show up anymore with the FBI, or are sealed, USCIS can see everything. So, be truthful on the form. It is unlikely to cause issues. Link to comment

wfzfreedom
Hi Dansing, Did Canada know your arrest when you apply for PR? I am in a similar situation. Get arrested for dismissed Disorderly conduct but FBI background check reveals nothing. Should I mention to Canada PR application? Thank you so much in advance. Link to comment
