waitingforgc1979
Hi, I recently completed MBA from USCIS approved university. I currently have approved I-140 in EB3 category and 15 years of total experience. As per EB2 guidelines, I just need a advanced degree to qualify for EB2. The 15 years experience is not progressive after MBA but its before MBA. But as per my knowledge, "progressive experience" is the requirement only if I am using Bachelors + 5 years experience as a criterion. If I join the new employer who has the job requirement of Masters + 2 or 3 yrs of experience, will I be qualified with my past experience and newer MBA. Will I qualify for EB2? Link to comment
pontevecchio
If the new job requires MS or Bachelors plus 5 years experience as a minimal requirement EB2 could apply based on the job. Link to comment
