SN9999 Posted March 17, 2016 Report Share Posted March 17, 2016 Hello My I140 approved thru a consultancy say B on Dec 18,2015 with future employment option while working with company A(priority date dec 9,2013) I came back from US to India(before PERM got approved) after 6 year H1 in Aug 2014 Now I left Company A, joined Consultancy B for finding some opportunities in US and process H1B Do you think Company A can give contract letter to consultancy B to bring me to US thru H1 and work for Company A as contract employee thru Consultancy B? Another question.After how many months I140 can be transferred to company A to process H1 thru them if needed? Thanks SN Link to comment
